In order to install the device in your device you will need to sideload the apk (download the apk) to your device and install it manually.
How to unlock premium features in my device?
Once a premium subscriptions has been bought you will be able to login to your "Dashboard" via the website and manage your devices, you will need to add the Device ID to your account in order to unlock the premium features on that device, additionally you can download the app directly from the Play Store and login directly in the app to activate it. Your Dashboard will give you an exact drive on how to unlock premium features.
Why i can not start the APP?
This is maybe because of your internet connection, please check at first your internet connection before you contact your provider. Many times it is caused because of the connection and not because of the provider!
Why is the app not working when the PLAYLIST worked on my computer?
This can be caused because of the ISP lock if your computer is on a different Network. But when the network is the same as your computer and it is not working it can be caused because of your TV`s supported format. Not every Smart-TV supports all contents. Every TV model is totally different or may not support specific stream formats!

How should I insert my Device ID? lowercase? with "Device ID:"?
Device ID needs to be inserted EXACTLY has it is shown in the main iMPlayer app, if it is shown in lowercase insert it in lowercase, EXACTLY the same. Device ID are case-sensitive, it doesn't matter if other apps shows you another Device ID, for iMPlayer always use the Device ID shown in the iMPlayer app.
I inserted my Device ID, and I am still not premium, what should I do?
Make sure you restarted the iMPlayer app on the device before checking the premium features. If you restarted, and it still doesn't work there is only one reason: you inserted the Device ID wrong.
